Having never purchased a house on my own before, (previously purchased with another party), I was very apprehensive about the whole process, especially under the very personal and difficult circumstances surrounding the purchase. These feelings dissipated immediately, however, once I met Dean. He made what I thought would be a very daunting process, very easy and seamless. At all times, Dean communicated with me during the process, constantly going out of his way to help me and answer all of my queries; sometimes several times a day! Not once did he ever make me feel like I was bothering him. Even after the sale of my old house fell through during the process, (which then sold again 48 hours later), Dean worked hard to make sure this would still become my new home. He consistently exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. Dean has an incredible enthusiasm and personality. I must admit that when it comes to real estate and real estate agents I'm a dyed in the wool cynic. I've always thought it was a profession that had a clear conflict of interest, with the agent paid to work for you also working against you. I can honestly say working with Dean Teuma has changed that preconception. Through our whole experience with Dean he was looking after our interests 100%. We trusted Dean with some of our families biggest life decisions and our most valuable possession. We would not hesitate to trust him with them again. My husband and I found Dean to be easy to deal with, professional at all times and excellent in getting the transaction done without any hassle.
