For medical and health reasons we made the decision to commit ourselves to the traumatic experience of downsizing from our loved home over the last 12 plus years in a location that suited us admirably, and move to an aged care establishment on the other side of the river. Having been an earlier customer some 20 years ago, and after checking out other prominent real estate agents, the decision was made to go with FALLS. We were astounded by the service we received. It was not based on what profit they might get. It was based on a very sound appreciation of what we needed/deserved/whatever. A check list of what we would have to do finally – changing addresses to a wide range of authorities/federal/state/local government etc. The legal requirements. Maybe changing doctors and on it went. To finish off, the sale was completed at the top end of their valuation, more than we expected and DEB DILGER organised relevant lawyers/bank transfers even to the need for a change of our wills.
