Deb’s the only agent which worked with zero fees upfront, which meant while every other agent wanted us to take the full risk upfront and pay the commission too, Deb and her team stood out by putting their money where their mouth (or ‘our house’) is. We got the price we wanted, and whether we put it down to our timing or Deb, it doesn’t matter - she delivered. Having talked to multiple agents, she was also the most open minded.
