When owner has accepted the offer over SMS and it has been confirmed to the prospect buyer, then please don't start calling all the other prospect buyers to try to match or give better offers. This is a malpractice and bad sales technique which may or may not result in better outcome but you are clearly burning the bridges with the other buyers. This didn't happen once but twice for this property on two different days! Request you to please deal with people with honesty and fairness next time. #NotAHappyBuyer
