I've known Deb Newton and Castle Haven for many years and never actually used their services. To my loss, until now. They have been nothing but incredible. Deb is a pleasure to work with and is so refreshingly honest and caring of both the seller and buyer. I am so pleased to have had her sell my land and am currently listing another property with them. Don't bother looking around for another agent. You cannot beat Castle Haven and Deb's service and professionalism!

We were thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Deb and her team. Nothing was too much trouble ,from accessing our rental property managed by another Company, arranging styling for us, advertising, open houses etc . Her enthusiasm and professional attitude made the sale relatively painless and the outcome was fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting to sell , or buy.

A professional, organised and peace of mind experience with great communication all the way! Would definitely recommend Deb to be your sales agent.

Deb is an excellent communicator, and was meticulous in updating us by phone, email and text. Her marketing skills yielded 180 enquiries and resulted in sale of the property in 12 days. Deb arranged details of contracts and solicitor involvement seamlessly and without fuss. Additionally, Deb is personable and inspires confidence.

Deb is an outstanding agent and a true professional. She is dedicated, working long hours responding to all the prospective purchasers and keeping us fully updated of all inquiries and inspections. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome as our house sold within 4 days and at a price which exceeded our expectations. Deb is a delightful person and a pleasure to work with and we absolutely recommend Deb to anyone looking to sell their property.

Deb has really good knowledge of the local area, which is so needed for these times. It is easy to see why she has so much success in buying and selling homes. Deb kept in touch with me every day and a report every day as well. Myself and my two siblings were so impressed with her professionalism.

I met Deb whilst she was selling one of our neighbours properties and there was just something about her that made me think if ever I need to sell my place, she is the agent I want. Deb is such a pleasure to work with, she is genuine and caring and does everything she can do her for clients. She has gone above and beyond with what she has done for me with selling the property. If you are looking at choosing an agent with the whole package, look no further Deb is the one to choose.

Deb handled the whole process in a very professional way. She was quick to answer most of the questions that I had, and managed to communicate with both parties without any problem. She is very nice as well, and this was generally a really pleasant experience.

We are so pleased that we chose Castlehaven's Deb Newton as our agent as she secured the sale of our home in a timely and very satisfactory manner. Deb is always well-presented, well-spoken and personable. She is able to converse in a friendly manner while always maintaining an air of professionalism. Her smiling, open and non-aggressive manner instils a sense of trust and confidence in both vendors and purchasers. In my opinion, Deb's years of experience in property sales in the local area make her unparralled in her field. I will certainly recommend her to any of our friends who are contemplating selling their home. Thanks so much, Deb

Deb recently sold a house for us. We were very impressed with her great attention to selling the property. She always made herself available for private inspections and she gave us very helpful advice throughout the whole process. If you are looking for an agent to sell a house for you I would highly recommend Deb Newton.

Deb was amazing in helping us sell our place, from the moment we made contact right up until the sale she has been very clear and immediate with communication. Whenever we had a question she was available, no matter the time or day. With the lockdown and restrictions, she took people through the house individually which took a lot of time, but was never an issue for her. She was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their place! Thanks again Deb!

Deb knew a lot about the current property prices in the area.. Everything went very smoothly, with the sale of my property, I found her to be a wealth of knowledge, And I would certainly recommend her as an agent.
