I found Debbie to be a straightforward, not prone to hyperbole and sales pitch. Pity she doesn't cover house rentals as well.

Very positive experience with Debbie throughout the process of buying a property from her. The only negative aspect was in relation to a smoke detector in the property which we were promised in multiple occasions would be installed prior to the finalisation of the sale but we eventually had to organise to be installed at our cost after settlement. Aside from that point debbie was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately. Debbie was always friendly and appeared happy to assist with anything
