I am based interstate. The property was tenanted and not in a condition fit for sale when Debbie was appointed. Debbie managed the entire process from dealing with the tenants and leasing agents with urgency but also respectfully , to managing a mini renovation restoring the property to its true potential. Debbie used her extensive local contacts to do this more cost effectively than i as an owner would have been able to achieve even if based locally.
