We had a choice of two agents that our family had used before (and were very happy with), or Debbie who we had never met but it was clear she has had a lot of success in the Crows Nest area. After interviewing each of them we decided we were most comfortable with Debbie because her open and honest approach and plan of attack resonated best with us. She was also able to clearly articulate what we needed to do to maximise our selling price and what her plan was for selling our unit and getting the best price. Once we engaged her to sell our unit she really took the bull by the horns and worked her butt off to get it (and us) ready and the unit looking its best. She just jumped in and got it done so that the unit would sparkle. Since we were living on the other side of town this made our life considerably easier. Throughout the sales process Debbie kept us up to date with what was going on and all comments people made while inspecting our unit. Nothing was sugar coated - just the straight up facts, and it was this straight shooting, trust and integrity that really impressed us with Debbie through the whole process. Plus, she is clearly passionate about what she does and the area she lives and works. Heck, she walked from her home to our place! In the end we achieved a premium price for our home and Debbie made a stressful process much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend Debbie again.
