I really, really appreciated Debbie's flexibility with inspecting the unit - I work very long hours and have little flexibility in viewing properties during business hours. Even though I couldn't inspect the unit for a week after it had been advertised and offers had already been put on, Debbie still made the time to show me the unit at a time that suited her. Many of the agents I have dealt with have not really made the effort because demand is so high at the moment. I had the same issue of finding time to do the pre-settlement inspection - again Deb was fantastic in her flexibility in helping make this happen. Her communication was second to none - she always responded extremely quickly to any questions I had.
