She gives 100%, she is open and honest, and communicated so well through every stage of the the sale of our home. And she really listens and hears and understands what you are saying which is a huge positive that is difficult to find. Too many agents want to find the quick answer to their own query rather than spend the time and understand what the client's query is - and then address it as best possible. And she is always available - if she is not able to answer the phone immediately, she will call back asap. To be honest, after we met Debbie (and Kerry) several months ago for an appraisal of our house, we did not interview any other agents as we were so confident that she would meet all our needs. The time between the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home seemed to be almost nothing.
