I would recommend Debbie to anyone thinking of selling, but also thinking of buying. I found her to be honest, caring and most importantly trustworthy. She had a great balance between the buyers interest and the sellers interest. Debbie was easy to contact, quick to respond, but most importantly took an interest in you as a person. Debbie made the experience of buying, which can be daunting and stressful, very easy and seamless. Debbie has a particular talent for helping a vendor prepare the property for sale. She has a great eye for detail and, without expecting a lot of money to be spent on readying the property, she makes excellent suggestions for small improvements that make a lot of difference. Debbie's other special skill is in negotiating and reading the feelings of both vendor and buyer. She is very focussed on both the people and the process during this stage and enables both parties to feel they are in very supportive and competent hands.
