Per-Sale advice: Canvass a sales person many months prior. Debbie advice to additional improvements above what was planned was invaluable. As I realized post sale. Inspections/council searches: Most certainly have all these carried out and issues sorted. As they give your agent (a full property profile) and yourself the best platform for minimal frustration during the sale process. Timing: Listen to the suggested Open day and closing submissions date. Pinpoint got this I feel exactly right. Attracting and delivering genuine buyers. Thus speeding up the sale period.

Debbie was extremely responsive to messages, made more difficult as we were living overseas during our buying journey. I would not hesitate to contact her again if we have any further real estate needs.
