Always telephoned when bringing a prospective purchaser through, and we would hear back from her after clients been. Bright, courteous and friendly person.

Debbie was very driven to sell the property and was doing her job with regard to representing the Vendors. She was very attentive to our needs until we signed the contract and then it was if we no longer mattered. Having been through the property on an Open Day, we arranged to go back through the property again and also organised to view four other properties that were listed with the Agent. Interestingly, one that we really wanted to view, we were advised that it was not possible and no longer for sale, yet it remained on the market for a further six months, including signage outside the property as well as on-line. That property was more in line with what we were looking for. Our thoughts were that the property was being managed by a different person within the same Agency and Debbie really wanted to sell the property that we purchased as it had been on the market for 12 months. We could not gain access to the rear shed (garage) nor could we gain access to keys to a number of doors. Requests were made on a number of occasions. We emailed, requesting answers to a number of questions, or copies of operating documentation / suppliers details. We did not get a response even though this email was followed up on on two occasions, as well as with phone calls. Eventually some of our questions were answered, on the day of final inspection, when Debbie called the Vendor, although some not satisfactorily. We also wanted to have the watering system demonstrated. This did not occur and we have since been advised that it didn't work and hadn't been used for some considerable time. The watering system was promoted in the promotional material. Debbie was supportive of our requests to gain access to the property prior to settlement (two occasions), as it was empty, to enable measurements to be taken for renovating etc that we wanted to do. We were appreciative of that.

Debbie was very helpful throughout. A pleasant lady who went beyond the call of duty to make my purchase smooth.
