However, I think we were demanding customers and our expectations might have been unreasonable. So, this wasn't an important issue and, when available, Deb always got back to us. I was happy dealing with Acton. The only minor problem I had was with billing. The accounts department kept hassling me to make payments, however, we had agreed with Deb from the outset that marketing etc would be deducted form the sale price. Once I pointed this out to the accounts people, they were apologetic and responded very well. So, all in all, we were very happy with Deb and happy overall with acton.
