I listed my home for sale on Facebook marketplace which is where Debbie approached me offering her expertise on the RE market and a guarantee to sell it at a fraction of the cost that any other agent could do it for. I thought I could do it myself, but selling a home can be pretty daunting. It was so good to have someone on my side, offering advice and much needed emotional support. From whoa to go, Debbie couldn’t do enough to help me. Giving me daily updates. Always professional yet bright and bubbly and positive that my gorgeous little home would appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. She never assumed anything and asked my input / opinion every step of the way. Debbie got the best price for me - an offer I couldn’t refuse. I feel I’ve known Debbie my whole life. We forged a friendship from the get go based on respect and our shared weird sense of humour and ability to talk under water I guess. I highly recommend Debbie (and Rob) to anyone and everyone needing to sell their home. Too many real estate agents are just out to make a quick buck and are so clinical. Not Debbie.
