For the first time, we got to experience it from the vendor's end, and this is where Deb and James were able to showcase their knowledge and professionalism to another level. They were supportive, knowing we had little experience. They were open and transparent with our selling strategy. They updated and informed us of potential buyers with high levels of detail. They were proactive and flexible and even allowed earlier and longer open home inspections. Despite our townhouse not being in a suburb of their specialty, they learnt the market quickly as were able to highlight and accentuate all the advantages of our property over the competition.
