The process of searching for and buying my new property in The Gap was made seemingly effortless thanks to Debra. From the first inspection to the final hand over of keys she made the process run effortlessly and smoothly. I commend her for being so patient through our many discussions, phone calls and emails to answer the many questions I had in relation to the property's history and status which I needed to make the move in run well. She made purchasing the property a problem free experience and dealing with her in person was a pleasure. I remember her taking me through a buyers checklist as well as some information on the transaction, helping during the time of reaching agreement with the previous owner and the eventual signing of the contract to make sure nothing had been overlooked. Also during the pre-settlement period when I had endless tricky questions about the house and its history, she didn't hesitate to chase down the information so I could make the necessary arrangements for when I moved in.
