Debra got us an excellent result in an amazingly tight turnaround, despite the fact that we're totally disorganised chaos. She just accepted the fact that we're really busy people and worked around it. The necessary repairs and tidying up was quoted and carried out efficiently and cheaply and we were not stressed out by the process which was great.
