Debra showed me through two properties on the same night: a smaller 2 bedroom unit, and a more spacious 3 bedroom unit that’s a few years older. She could see that the 3 bedroom property inspired me so much more. Knowing that my offer was a good one, she persisted despite setbacks and the resulting uncertainty from the vendors. From the get-go Debra was easy to talk to and was empathetic to my frustration after being knocked back on offers a few times already. I had given up on getting a 3 bedroom house by now — I’d been making my best offer on 2 bedroom units and getting knocked back! But in the end with Debra’s support and persistence, in one month’s time I will be the owner of a spacious 3 bedroom unit.
