We recently purchased a property through this agency. While the overall process had its positives, we feel it’s important to share both the good and the disappointing aspects of our experience. The lead agent, Igor, was professional, knowledgeable, and generally great to deal with. He guided the process well and was responsive during the initial stages. However, our experience with the associate agent, Declan, was unfortunately very poor. He appeared proactive during negotiations — understandably, as we were the highest bidder. But when we asked for a minor variation in the contract based on standard terms from our solicitor, his response was unexpectedly negative. Rather than supporting the process, he questioned our intentions and implied the wording was too serious, making us feel like we were being difficult just for protecting our interests. This was highly inappropriate from a professional sales agent. After exchange, we asked to access the property for basic measurements. We would’ve understood a simple “no” if access wasn’t possible — but our polite and detailed message went completely unanswered. This lack of communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Before settlement, we requested a slightly longer final inspection (2–3 hours) — a reasonable and common request — and heard from another agent at Manor that the vendor had no objection. Yet Declan refused, citing his own time constraints. Prioritizing convenience over the buyer’s needs at such a critical stage was deeply disappointing. Buying a home should be an exciting and positive experience. While we’re happy with the property and grateful for Igor’s support, the lack of respect and cooperation from Declan left a bitter aftertaste and made this one of the most frustrating agent experiences we’ve had.
