Lots of Highset homes were built in the 70 & 80's It was a way to double the under roof area, provide a Carport area and Laundry in one without taking up lots of land. Over time many have been improved underneath but some didn't have headroom for legal living areas. Dee could see the potential to make the area under into additional living space and worked hard to make possible buyers see this and the other attributes for this well kept home in a very difficult market.
