Mr Deepak Bangarh is a brilliant communicator, a hands-on manager, friendly and has a wealth of marketing knowledge in real estate business both in India and Australia.
His work ethics is unquestionable because he doesn't mind rolling up his sleeve to work with his sales team to complete the task of selling our house and at the same time overseeing other sales teams that are assigned to other 'For Sale' properties around our neighbour hood.
I was impressed with his approach at our first meeting when he introduced himself and his background and decades of experience in the real estate industry. He explained to us in details his strategical approach (eg scheduled or unscheduled viewing/inspection, on line, email etc), good and bad points of our house. He was contactable most of the time and conducted field visits and observed his support team performance with those potential buyers who visited the house. Progressively, his assigned support team would respond to any enquiries that we raised and provided weekly feed backs and comments who have viewed/inspected our house.
He was very patient in explaining to us some of the information we needed to complete the appointment contract with his agency (DKB) eg the terms and conditions of selling our property by Auction and by 'For Sale'.
We also learned from Deepak about some Indian culture and the preference of buying rectangular block land of the property, the conversion of garage as a teenage retreat and the abbreviation of 'Subject to Council Approval' (STCA).
He was able to successfully sold our house in 31 days after DKB was appointed on 9 Feb 2024 and sold by auction on 10 Mar 2024.
PS: Deepak's enthusiastic management skill is further evidenced by the sale by auction of another property next street to ours a week later.
