Until i signed the agency agreemant Deepak promissed the worlld with high expetatation market apprisel, after started talking diferently ,his not honest and not profesional as he claims to be, his buyers agent not sellers he help the buyer he will presure the vendor to make a sale even if he looses the comission as long he gats the sale.Deepak took advantage of my mental state and got me sign the contract he used all the tricks as a salesman to make a sale.To any one thinking of selling i will say stay away from Deepak from DKB real estate.Definetly will not recomend to no one the expirerience i had with him, is the way he made me sighn the contract that is where his not honestand an unprofesional.If i had the time i would have taken him to court but unfortunaly i dont have the time.In my minde he commited a crime with me his a criminal.
