Del was amazing throughout the whole process. She handled my tenants in a graceful manner even when they were very hard to handle. She dealt with my realestate agent that seemed to be working for my tenants more then me. And reminded them who they should be working for and the litigation of the roles. I had a break lease during the process and the tenants didn't leave the house in the best way, Del was straight onto the real estate agent about ensuring it was rectified and even offered to do the cleaning herself for the viewings. As I was stuck in Western Australia with work and the restrictions of travel due to covid 19, the owner Lawri represented me for the break lease vacate inspection. These two women worked well together and went over and above. They are a one stop agent in my eyes. I would sell with them again and I would have them manage any investment property.
