In our planned move from an acreage property to the suburbs my wife and I inspected more than 50 new homes before finding one which met our needs. Del was the seller's agent and we found her to be very helpful and empathetic to our needs, whilst at the same time protecting her clients best interests and needs. Although we loved the property there were a few hurdles to overcome in reaching agreement with the sellers regarding the contract conditions and the building inspection. Del Marschke recently sold a property for a couple of our elderly relatives. They had lived at the property for over 50 years so there was a huge emotional attachment to the house and a genuine concern about the process of selling and what they would do next. Del quickly realised that the clients needed to be treated in a way that made them feel included in the direction of the sale and at the same time developed a warm and caring rapport with the couple.
