Del was pleasant and polite. She persisted in marketing a difficult property, as it was old and flood prone, but renovated and still in very good condition. She found the right buyer. With proper dam management, this colonial house may never flood again and the new owner will treasure the 105 year old colonial gem. Well done, Del for your polite patience.
Del extended herself unconditionally to my family. We met her at a house inspection to purchase another property at Brassall with no real idea of how to move forward in terms of selling our homes etc. She was incredibly patient dealing with my elderly mum on many occasions without any hesitation as to explain things as many times as she needed to. Agents will do that..... because they need too Yes.. but Del did it because her conscious required her too. That set her apart for us. We liked her from the moment we met her and felt safe knowing she was acting on our behalf. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than this lady.
