Del extended herself unconditionally to my family. We met her at a house inspection to purchase another property at Brassall with no real idea of how to move forward in terms of selling our homes etc. She was incredibly patient dealing with my elderly mum on many occasions without any hesitation as to explain things as many times as she needed to.
