Del Marschke recently sold a property for a couple of our elderly relatives. They had lived at the property for over 50 years so there was a huge emotional attachment to the house and a genuine concern about the process of selling and what they would do next. Del quickly realised that the clients needed to be treated in a way that made them feel included in the direction of the sale and at the same time developed a warm and caring rapport with the couple. She treated them with respect ,dignity and patience. Nothing was too much trouble and she took time to explain everything that happened and always sought their opinions and addressed any concerns. Despite the sale being concluded Del has still kept in touch with our aunties and taken them for the occasional coffee.
