From the onset, Demi already had an understanding of the demographics of the area, price and market. However, on viewing the property, Demi understood my reasoning for the price I wanted as this was not just a house but a home and that my sentiment for the property spoke a little louder than money. We agreed as to the requirements of the sale and forged ahead with the sales contract. First meeting was the Monday, signed the sales contract, took photos and did prep work for marketing on Tuesday, advertised and marketed on Wednesday, first home open on Saturday, second on Sunday, received offers on Sunday, closed offers on Monday evening and signed an Offer to Purchase on the Monday evening. Not only was open and honest communication a key factor, Demi understood the sentiment I had for the property and this reflected in her selling the property to the right buyers and at the price we had agreed upon.
