We approached DEN BALDWIN from Harcourts Bunbury to sell our property in Holland Loop DARDANUP. We did not want to put our property on the market until we found a suitable place to downsize to. We listed our property with Den who then arranged photos. It took a little over 12 months before we found a suitable place during that time Den worked tirelessly trying to find a place for us.He constantly kept us informed of any progress in finding a suitable property for us. Den always returned any phone calls promptly. He never tried to push us to make a decision and was also very considerate of how my wife felt about any potential properties. Once the offer for the property we wanted to purchase was accepted Den placed our property on the market. He had a home open and Den and his wife Jo conducted the opening very professionally. Den orchestrated contract signing with multiple parties on more than one occasion. Explained the process, helped guide the seller and the buyer. The process was quite delayed from listing to sale ( no fault of agent) however Den was patient and helpful throughout the process. Den is very helpful and approachable during our purchase process. My husband and I are both working full time, we hardly have any time during the weekdays. Den was willing to spend the afterhours with us on showing us the property, instructing us how to sign the documents, helping us book all the inspections, making a few variations to suit our need.
