I was selling a property in Bunbury, but I live in Sydney. Den was easy to deal with and did a lot of work for me including sorting cleaning up the property and disposing of rubbish, working with the tenant, managing maintenance work that needed to be done. All the things that a local seller would have done themselves, he did for me as a matter of course. He was always checking in with me and making sure I knew what was going on and was happy at every step.

Den was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing our home. He was always available for a phone call or email, answering our many questions! He was flexible with times for viewings to accommodate our work schedules and we also felt like we knew what stage we were at in the process.
