I highlight the word service, because this is what I received. Dena assisted me from start to finish, the property was an absolute mess from the previous tenants. Dena recommended where I should and shouldn't spend money, how I could maximise my return for effort. We were able to successfully add an ensuite to the house within the existing floor plan, which added at least $20k to the sale price. On open day we had over 26 groups through and Dena was able to negotiate a suitable end sale price.
