Dena understood the market very well, in difficult, fast moving and unpredictable times. (Rate rises, changes to negative gearing and capital gains tax rules in the recent budget and falling confidence in the housing market). She guided me every step of the way, whilst listening to my concerns. She also did lots of running around for me, all the time being pleasant, professional and not too pushy.
