I was initially drawn to Denean by her name - being uncannily similar to mine. After or initial meeting I found Denean genuinely committed to sell our house and also respectful that it was our home with all our memories. Her approach was down to earth and warm and very confident. I did look at other agents but they didn't have that 'real' factor. Our house sold quickly and Denean got us the price we wanted. We were very happy and I would recommend Denean to anybody looking to sell their home.

We were sceptical about the sale of one of our investment properties as the market was only just starting to recover from the GFC and was not realising the gains we had anticipated, however when our tenants moved out we thought we would try the market for a month and if we could not achieve our reserve price we would re rent the property. I had kept the earlier market appraisals Denean had sent to us months previously which indicated to us she had a good understanding of where the market was at for our area, so we decided to meet with her regarding the sale of the property. Once again at our meeting Denean had done her research and presented us with an honest appraisal of the market. Although I still had two other agents to meet, I was impressed with her professional approach and decided to offer her the listing. I knew at the time I had set a reserve price near the top end of the market, and had only given Denean the property for 4 weeks.... a tough sale to achieve. Denean immediately demonstrated a positive approach and rapidly developed a short term and long term marketing strategy. Within 2 days of listing she had potential buyers going through the property. Within a week Denean already presented us offers but advised us to wait until other interested parties had come back with their offers. Within two weeks Denean took the time to travel to the Sunshine Coast on her only day off and present three offers, all being above our reserve price. My wife and I could not believe the final offer which was very close to $20,000 over our reserve, plus with a cashed up buyer and short term settlement. We had a very positive and stress free experience having Denean from My Sales Agent as our Real Estate Agent, for the sale of our home. We felt very comfortable with Denean and she made us feel comfortable with any questions we asked. Her communication with us during the whole process was excellent (which is a must for us), but in saying that she didn't suffocate us with constant calls etc while she was waiting for us to sign with her.
