Denean was excellent to deal with, helpful when we needed info and guidance as first home buyers. She encouraged Great communication between the seller and the buyer. Good knowledge of the area. Generally I find it very difficult to deal with real estate agents, but there was none of that with Denean. She is direct and friendly.

I almost threw out the letterbox pamphlet offering Denean's services but something made me look twice and it occurred to me that we were looking for a realtor so surely it wouldn't hurt to at least have a chat with her as her price was EXTREMELY attractive (fixed at close to 1% of what we eventually received for the house compared with over 2% we paid to sell our much more valuable land on the Sunshine Coast a few weeks earlier) and it was close to the best decision that I have ever made. She offered to come around to meet myself and my husband at a time that suited us and struck us as a forthright person who would just give you the facts without any hard sell. We were suitably impressed with her knowledge of the market and she surpassed our expectations. We didn't pay a cent until the house sale settled. The house went on the market on Tuesday, 8 groups turned up to the first open home on the following Saturday (thanks to the photos and description that Denean organized) and a contract was signed on the following Tuesday for a price of which we had not dared to dream. If our bank had been organized the house sale could have settled a fortnight later. Denean was responsible for the easiest sale at the lowest commission that anybody could wish for and that I would wish for everybody who has real estate that they need sold. I cannot recommend Denean highly enough: she is an ANGEL who kept us well informed along the whole sales journey and achieved a great result for us in double quick time: We could not have asked for better!!!!!!
