Can’t speak highly enough of the efforts of Denean Hall. From the outset she was so understanding. The family home needed to be sold to fund a move into a Nursing Home. Denean received many offers at the first open home, and a contract was signed within a week, for an amount far exceeding expectations. Settlement was delayed due the Christmas/NewYear break. Then the owner passed away, which brought about a whole set of new delays. Then there was damage related to the Brisbane Floods! Denean stuck by the family and the buyer, keeping everyone up to date with requirements, outcomes and expectations. And all for an extremely moderate commission! I have already passed her contact details onto a friend who is considering selling and will have no hesitation in passing her details through to any other people doing the same in the future.
