Denis works hard, is helpful with any requests, and made my life a lot easier. It was my first time selling and it helped having Denis on board to answer my questions. Other agents i spoke to were very confronting but Denis was easy to talk to and knew his stuff and was never pushy. My only issue would be that I didnt quite get what I expected and might have rushed the sale a bit, but that is also partly due to my naivety in selling.
