Denise was able to achieve a good result for us in a tough market we had endeavoured to sell our property for more than 12 months prior to engaging Denise, whilst it took a further3 months or so Denise was able to get a satisfactory sale price for our vacant land.

We had actually given up hope of finding a block of land and had contacted Denise, along with other agents, to say we were no longer looking to buy and did not wish to be contacted again.
