Denise was very knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about heritage homes which was obviously a great advantage in the sale of our home. It sold in 1 week after the first open house! Denise and her team were efficient and reliable throughout the settlement process.

My recent selling experience with Denise was beyond my expectations. I spoke to a few Real Estate agents before I decided to entrust the marketing and sale of my 19th century miners cottage to Denise. From the outset she impressed me with her local knowledge and understanding of the special nature of my renovated character home in the dress circle suburb of Woodend. She explained to me how she intended to market the property for and that we should not settle for less than a particular price point. This impressed me as my past experience with an agent in Ipswich was that he seemed to just want to sell a previous property as quickly as possible, collect his commission and move on! Not Denise .... an offer came quite quickly but Denise was true to he word and advised me against accepting that offer as it was below her expectations of the true market value. She was spot on and some 10 days later I accepted a better offer for the property. Denise closely followed the building and pest inspection and report process and within one six weeks from start of the sale process settlement took place. I cannot speak more highly of the manner by which Denise handled my sale. My suggestion is only settle for the very best Real Estate Consultant and appoint Denise to handle your property needs.

She remained steadfast in her endeavours, put in a monumental effort, and attained a very good price for me in the end. Would I use Denise Varigos again? 100% Would I recommend her to others? Absolutely!!
