Dennis is a very hardworking and diligent agent, our property was quite unique and proved to be quite difficult to sell. Dennis however kept on trying different approaches, times for open houses with both mid week and weekends and was very informative throughout the process. Dennis also handled the situation very well with the in-laws who were in the granny flat at rear of property, this is no mean feat as this helped ease tensions within the family.
