The reputation of Mount Waverley Secondary College and interest from Chinese buyers are two of the driving factors. Our house is in the MWSC Zone. One tick for location. However we are numbered 4 in the street, meet a T intersection and have a triangular shaped block. All of these factors add up to poor Feng Shui. The biggest negative was our position on the map with the Monash Freeway behind our back fence. This said, we were delighted with the result of our auction.
