My experience with some of the local had not been good - more than a year to sell my previous home, while even my latest home had been on the market for more than twelve months before I bought it. Imagine my disbelief when a friend sold her house, courtesy of Ashwood van Reyk, within a week of listing. Another friend, also with the same agency sold her home within a month. No wonder I immediately decided to ask their assistance with my block of land that had been listed with first one and then another agent over the past five years. Now, within five MONTHS Ashwood van Reyk have sold my block, and for the listed price. Thank you Kim and Dennis.

We signed up with Dennis after our property had been on the market for one year with an alternative real estate, and had minimal interest. Dennis arranged professional photos immediately, and discussed the need for additional photos with the current tenants. Once the professional photos were finalised, the house went onto multiple real estate websites and received more interest in the first weeks than it did in the previous year. The house since sold quickly, settled quickly, and our experience was hassle free. We can't thank Dennis enough!

We had expected that our unit would take 12-24 months to sell but Dennis has sold it within 6 months. Dennis knows the market in and around Metung, was keen to understand exactly what we wanted and made an extra effort to get to know the manager of the unit. Dennis gave us advice on our best options to manage the sale and in the end, following his advice, we sold the unit in a lot less time than expected. There are other units in the same complex for sale and these have been on the market for a lot longer than ours.

Dennis made selling my house a much less stressful experience than I had expected. He provided me with some useful tips and always gave me feedback after people had viewed it. I particularly liked his attention to detail when preparing for the photographs.

we would recommend him to our friends

Dennis's market knowledge is exceptional and based on many years of experience in the area. I found Dennis kept me more informed than my lawyers and communication was open and honest.

Dennis van reyk couldn’t have done a better job selling our vacant block, he sold our block within 1 month and got us the price we were after. He really knows what he’s doing and all at a competitive price. Thanks again dennis.

Dennis was professional throughout the sales process. He was acting for for us from a long distance away and made sure that our interests were looked after. His advice about setting the price point and how to approach the sale was spot on. He kept us informed and made sure that we were always up to date with what was happening. The sale took place in a very timely manner and went smoothly. We would highly recommend Dennis to anyone else looking for an agent.

Dennis made everything easy for a first home buyer. Genuinely warm and kind individual, not a sleezy real estate agent type. Was forthcoming and honest about issues and solutions. Very happy with this lovely agent. Would 100% recommend his services to buyers or sellers.
