Derek is brilliant! He is warm, approachable, positive and always had our best interest at heart. Not living in the area, we appreciated his immense knowledge of Vic Park. His skills helped us achieve a much better than expected result. Our house sold in the first week with 18 offers! Would give him 10 stars if we could.

Thank you so much, Derek, Isaac, Alice and Baston team for supporting us through selling our home! From the moment we were connected, the team was lightning fast on communication, impeccably organised, approachable, friendly, and professional. We also enjoyed the fantastic photography, strategic copywriting, and genuine nature of all the staff. I felt confident and at ease through the ups and downs of the selling process, and Derek took extra care to ensure all parties understood the options and process going forward. I could not recommend Derek and team enough to all prospective sellers!

Derek is very professional, and great knowledge in house market, he is also very helpful and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone looking for an agent.

Down to earth, easy to deal with, explains everything without making you feel stupid, responds quickly to questions. Would use as my agent if I was selling.

A very professional, seamless process thanks to Derek and his teams experience.

We have used Baston & Co twice now and find the company operate a very professional friendly honest service, Derek knows and understands the market that he operates in. We would have no problem using there services again should the need arise.

Derek and his team were great from start to finish. Made selling our house a stress free experience.

We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and service received from Derek and his team. They went above and beyond to achieve results well above our expectations. We highly recommend. WOW WOW WOW.

Now that we have caught our breath we would like to take the opportunity to thank Derek from the bottom of our hearts for his knowledge, generosity, professionalism and flexibility with his time, especially for all the green, first time seller questions and nappy changes between signatures! His overall approach resulted in the successful and speedy sale of our st James family home. Upon meeting Derek, we felt a great connection and enjoyed his transparency across all aspects of the process. Amidst a busy time professionally for all, Derek and Isaac gave us all the time we needed to be confident with our strategy moving forward and offered advice on where to spend our time in preparation for what would be our first and only home open. No ask was ever too much and we always felt in control. Our home sold in 7 days and we couldn’t be happier with the result nor the ease of the entire sale process! We would strongly recommend Derek and his team for anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable, genuine and personable professional to work with. Thanks again!

Derek and his team were most helpful and great to work with. The wine basket with WA made munchies was most thoughtful.

From start to finish, it was a real pleasure dealing with Baston and Co. Derek gave me some invaluable tips to prepare the property for sale, which helped to achieve a good outcome. The team works well together and the members are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your real estate needs.

I bought an apartment in Victoria Park and Derek and Ricki made the process easy and my investment result was great. We settled and have rented the property out quickly based on Derek's rental appraisal. If I sell this apartment later on I would use Derek to sell it. Regards Paul.
