Real estate agent wasnt very helpful from the get go. Wasnt there to attend pre purchase inspection or to try sell me the house, it was all done remotely which was impersonal and felt dodgy. In the end we met Derek for final inspection the day before settlement. As a buyer it never felt right the whole way. Derek is a nice guy dont get me wrong, i just dont think this was a very good way to sell a house.
Derek had done an excellent job for us in selling our house in 2021 that far exceeded our expectations. Not only is Derek an engaging character, witty and charming, he is the utmost professional. Presents very well and knows the market, sets realistic targets and works hard to get the price he believes that can be achieved. We received an offer well above our expectations, all on his advice.
