Really impressed with Derek and Isaac- they were extremely professional and guided us every step of the way when selling our first home recently. Their communication was excellent - even though we live overseas, we always knew what was happening and what the next steps were. Would highly recommend them to anyone - much better than other estate agents we have experienced.

Derek impressed me a few years back when I went to a home open that he was hosting and spoke to him about the Victoria Park real estate market. When I decided to sell my house I had no hesitation in signing him up as my agent and I have not been disappointed. His knowledge, enthusiasm, passion and ability to connect are outstanding. Alice and Isaac were also very easy to deal with and very responsive, providing great customer service. Well done team!

Derek and his team at Baston & Co. are PHENOMENAL! We can’t thank them enough. We’ve now purchased and sold a property with Derek and his market knowledge, selling strategy, professionalism and ethical approach are second to none. Buying and selling is a life changing experience and Derek and Isaac made us feel very comfortable, positive and happy about the process. They were always available to take our calls, answer silly questions and be a reassuring voice during high stress periods. Derek and Isaac are both very responsive, timely and excellent communicators (especially Derek, he’ll chew your ear off, in a good way)! They work incredibly well together. When we were selling our property with Derek, he also made himself available off the clock to us to give us advice about our new purchase, which was invaluable. Derek and his team genuinely love and know Vic Park. We are so happy that we went with them and would do so again in a heartbeat. Thanks Derek, Isaac, Alice and Rickie! You’re the BEST!

Derek has great local knowledge and made process easy for me. House sold on second home open

Derek and the team were very friendly, understanding and provided knowledge and feedback to my many questions as a first home buyer. The care and professional service I received was outstanding and exceeded all expectations.

The communication from the beginning was clear and effective. Apart from the great customer service they were very helpful in every step to purchase our new property.

From the first meeting we had with Derek for advise and appraisal of your rental property months before our unit was put on the market, we found him to be very easy to communicate with and offered sound advise. Derek, Isaac and Alice has been very professional and his team has communicated all required details in a timely manner. Thank you to you all. Ross and I would like to congratulate Sam on the purchase of our unit in Victoria Park, we wish her well in the future.

Derek made buying our first home together a breeze. The process was simple, easy to understand our requirements and we were always met with energy and a smile. We love our new home and now see why Derek is so popular ... couldn't fault him or the Baston & Co process.
