We were happy dealing with Derek. He was very communicative, helped with letting us know what we needed to do, in getting the sale done. We have learnt a lot from the buying this place. We learnt that you have to look at everything because even the people who do inspections for you don't check everything. We were disappointed that there is bad corrosion in the gutters on balcony, as we couldn't get onto roof to check out. We know they act for the sellers, so can't blame them.
