Baston and Co has been a pleasure to work with. Honest and open communicators, they are very approachable and they were a great support all through the stressful yet exillirating experience that buying a house is! We would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to the Baston & Co. team. Special thanks to Joni and Derek for all there hard work.

My wife and I found a property on the internet and instantly fell in love with it. We contacted Derek as the selling agent who facilitated us purchasing this property while we were both working away. Derek and his team were always prompt in their responses to our numerous queries and we felt that they represented our interests while still maintaining the interests of the sellers. When we finally did meet Derek after our offer was accepted we were very impressed with his local [Victoria Park] knowledge and by the sheer number of people who stopped to say hello to him or beep and wave as they drove past. It made us feel like we were not just buying a beautifully presented property in Victoria Park but also a ‘free pass’ into the Victoria Park neighbourhood. We would highly recommend Baston Real Estate to anyone selling or purchasing a home (and the gift hamper we received at settlement rocks)

We went to several of Derek’s home opens before purchasing a property with him. He is always pleasant and friendly and we never felt pressured when inspecting the properties. His knowledge of the area and market are excellent And any concerns were sorted immediately. The girls in the office were lovely to deal with also. We would highly recommend Baston and Co.

All negotiations re purchase of our home in Leonard St were successfully carried out by all staff at Baston & Co. Thank you for the excellent service and for your valuable support and assistance with settling into our new home. Happy to report that we love living in Victoria Park.

Derek has smashed through the price ceiling again!

Knowledgeable, personable and professional, Derek & the team were great to deal with at every point of my purchase. Would highly recommend for any buyers or sellers, particularly within the Vic Park area.

Derek was fantastic to deal with - knows the market extremely well, delivers on time and to a high standard, and is a straight shooter. The team behind Derek and Lee are equally fabulous, always promptly responding to any questions and keeping us regularly updated. Highly recommend Derek and the team to anyone selling or buying.

Derek was very easy to work with and gave a really honest and open feeling when buying from him.

I have used Derek as my agent for over 30 property sales. He has continually surpassed expectations and has consistently achieved the sale price that he has promised.
