The service and personal attention I received from Derek Baston and staff was exceptional. Derek immediately provided his professional opinion on what was needed to sell my house and get it ready for sale, they knew the market in Victoria Park. Not only did he have a lot of people going through the house on the first home open but I also got an offer after a short time. I was very impressed with the job Derek and Symone had done and kept me informed every step of the way. If I ever sell or buy a house again, I will be contacting Baston & Co!"

Met our needs. Courtious and informative. Thank you

Overall I was happy with everything and would recommend Baston to other sellers/buyers. Tyson

We enlisted the services of Baston & Co to sell our beloved family home in Victoria Park. Thanks to the hard work, professionalism and intimate local knowledge of Derek and Symone we sold at auction after a successful 4 week campaign. Their enthusiasm and people centric attitudes make Baston & Co a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any of your real estate needs.

Made the purchase of my first home easy and were very helpful.

Baston & Co sold a lot of vacant land for us recently. Everything they do is approached as a team with Derek, Symone & Support Staff aware of every move which was to our benefit. They were guided by our expectations on price but also educated us about the market. It was a quick sale and hassle free settlement. If you don't want a salesperson who is focussed on numbers and commissions only and you do want a team who have a business minded approach then you would do well just to meet with them as we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Have bought a town house in Vic Park from Derek and his team 2 months ago. I am very happy with the services. They are thoughtful, kind and have gone above and beyond their duty to help. Above of all these, they are honest, reliable and trustable - to me these are most important principle whenever I do business. I would love to deal with Derek and his team again shortly.

From start to finish, the team at Baston and Co were enthusiastic about selling our house, gave excellent advice and kept us updated on feedback from prospective buyers. We have no hesitation in recommending Baston and Co to other sellers in the Vic Park area.
