Our property was under offer the same day the listing went up on realeastate.com.au and was sold at a price we were very happy with and set a record for sales in the building. We put our property up for sale in a very soft market and with 5 other units for sale in the same building at the same time (all having difficulty selling), we wanted to choose an agent who we felt would give us the edge in such a challenging market. I'd met Derek probably 10 years ago (or more) when he was working for another company and selling properties in our building and was impressed by his professionalism and hard-working attitude. Over the years, I'd heard his name pop out around the town and knew he was an expert on the area. Whilst Baston & Co may not be the cheapest agent in our area, the knowledge and confidence they give you is second to none. We decided they were the only ones we'd trust to sell our property and they did not disappoint. We will definitely have them sell any future properties we own in the area and are looking to buy back into Vic Park in the future!

In terms of dealing with Lee & Derek Baston the whole process went extremely well and was done with the minimum of fuss. What ever questions I asked or needed to be done was actioned very quickly.
