My partner selected the agent and that was fine with me. When it came time to sell, he explained all the paperwork. We had questions about the description of the property in the text portion of the ad, but were told, "this is the way it needs to be done". There were several other mis steps and oversights by the agent's company during the process, but the house sold, and thankfully, the paperwork was correct so there were no hold ups. We have not heard from the agent since the sale, so I am surprised that he would want a review. Would we use this agent again? No. Would we recommend the agent to others? Probably not.
