Derek worked with us for a long time so that we would get the timing of the sale right - which we really appreciated. And when it was time to list his team worked fast to list our property, negotiate with the tenant so that we could have open homes - and get the sale across the line quickly.

I am sure you have been there - I have many times. The thing that usually puts me off real estate is having to deal with agents. Derek and his team changed that. When my brother asked me to help him sell his house, we chose Baston and Co. I did not have to chase Bastons for information and Derek always followed through on commitments. This made a potentially very stressful time as smooth as it could have been. Bastons could not have made the experience of helping my brother sell his home any better and this approach contributed to a complete positive change in my brother's lifestyle. Thank you Derek and team, it has been a pleasure dealing with you. Would I recommend Baston and Co? Absolutely.

During what seemed like an endless house search, I inspected 3 different properties in Victoria Park sold by Baston & Co. I was impressed that Derek took the time to really get to know each property and he was also honest about whether a property would suit my needs, so the home opens were very informative. He has a real passion and in-depth knowledge of the Victoria Park suburb. The office staff were also lovely and always quick to respond to queries. Everyone at Baston & Co were really accommodating, flexible and helpful during settlement which made the process a lot smoother for me. Thank you to the team at Baston & Co!

Derek’s been helpful and resourceful along our process of buying our property. Great knowledge and insight. Highly recommended!

Derek and team were great to work with, efficient , responsive and helped accommodate additional requests from our side.

Derek was great during our recent property purchase. He was helpful and engaged at the home opens, clear and upfront about the process and expectations and facilitated the process professionally whilst still being friendly and engaging. Highly recommended.

Derek’s understanding and experience in the Victoria Park area is unrivalled, with this being the second property I have sold with him. He is honest, timely and will give you direct feedback to assist in making an informed decision, whether buying or selling. Strongly recommended!!!

Once upon a time I met a real estate agent who dangled some keys in front of me, but alas they were those of a piano and couldn't open the locks....a piano, much like property holds the potential for beautiful melodies when played right! Nah - they were the property keys 🤣 but then also the beautiful melodies. ❤️ Best decision in a very long time, Baston&Co absolutely looked after both parties in this deal and were the consummate maestro's in this performance. If I could upload a photo it would be of the whole crocodile the 5 households cooked for a strata Christmas Eve. And as a side note, the deal also resulted in reconnecting with a neighbour of my kids grandparents who also live in the laneway and offered me the grandmothers original sheet music which she has! True story. Cheers Derek and the wonderful Baston crew, you were the ultimate professionals in making this happen- 'Sounds of Then' playing in the background🎶

Having recently sold a property with this team was every bit as rewarding as the first time. Derek has an in-depth understanding of the property market in our area, and we felt secure in placing our trust in him to achieve our goal. The whole selling process was seamless and that reflects open communication, on-point marketing, sound business processes and the open friendly approach of the whole team. Thanks Baston & Co

Derek was very knowledgeable about the property and the Vic Park area in general. The offer process was conducted with integrity. The office staff were all prompt with their communication during the lead up to settlement. It was a pleasure dealing with the Baston & Co team and I would use their services again in future.

Our experience with Derek, was excellent. A very, very good communicator, he explained the process and showed patience in answering the 1000's of questions we had throughout the sale process. His knowledge of the market and the behaviour of prospective buyers, was excellent. His guidance in completing the sale process was invaluable.

Our experience with Derek Baston & his Team was simply outstanding...10 / 10 is what they are worthy of. First time sellers in Perth, WA and we were reluctant and worried who to go with. We researched the real estate agents in our area and Derek's name popped up all the time with great reviews etc...and now we see why. Customer Service was awesome as his client liaison was nothing short of "Expert Level" his local knowledge was Amazing and, his negotiation skills were highly skillful hence the end result of our property being Sold within the first home open and above our expected price range. Would 100% recommend Derek to others...and already have. Thanks again Mr. D.
