We found Derek to be business focused on the vendor - not equal to the buyer Our experience as vendors - we found our agent to be equal to both the vendor and the buyer, for what was requested of us as vendors by our agent- as vendors we had to provide the buyer with certified documentation under the building act and regulations- and negotiating price drop with the buyers, we also had to ensure everything was in good working order- our agent walked through our premises to ensure this was the case.
