Next time I would add by phone as well. Very Happy with the overall management and result. Would contact Derek again for advice in a sale or purchase situation.

It's a bit of a joke to think that any real estate agency is going to be better than any other agency, that an agency can magic higher paying customers out of thin air. Are there really people out there who buy houses based on who the marketing agent is? I don't think so. This is just another agency like all the others who dangle the prospect of a high selling price, then work to lower your expectations so that you'll accept the first offer that will guarantee them a commission. So, no better or worse than any other agent in that respect. The down side of this agency is that they insist on you paying the marketing costs up-front before you sell. That inspires little confidence. They suspect your house is not going to sell easily so they want their marketing costs up front. And then to rub your nose in it, when you do finally accept the much lower than expected offer, they tell you that yes, even though you have paid significant up front costs, there is an outstanding marketing cost amount that has been overlooked and you gotta stump up extra from the lower sale amount that you were browbeaten to accept. Sloppy.
